Who we are

Keston Group is a London firm. We provide Keston Pulse, a client portal for capital readiness and business performance, and senior Advisory when judgement has to enter the room. Pulse covers Investment, Business, Technology, Cyber, AI and Portfolio. For privacy questions, contact info@kestongroup.com.

What this notice covers

This page covers the public marketing site at kestongroup.com (and related marketing hosts), the contact form, Keston Pulse Check, and how we refer to the client portal. The portal itself is at pulse.kestongroup.com and may be governed by additional client terms and access controls once you are onboarded.

Information we collect

  • Contact enquiries. When you submit the contact form, we receive the details you provide (typically name, email, organisation and the substance of your enquiry), so we can respond.
  • Pulse Check. The questions can be answered without giving your name. If you ask for the report, we receive your name, work email, company and job title, together with the indicative score. That is a lead to Keston. It is not a client Pulse assessment.
  • Email correspondence. If you write to info@kestongroup.com, we process the content of that exchange to handle your request.
  • Technical and usage data. We use privacy-friendly site analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). This helps us understand aggregate traffic patterns. It is designed not to rely on advertising cookies for basic measurement.
  • Client portal access. If you become a client, portal credentials and engagement materials are handled under the client relationship and portal controls, separate from casual marketing visits. Clients see published views only. Drafts stay with Keston.

Why we use it

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to enquiries and arrange conversations
  • Send a Pulse Check report you asked for, and follow up on that lead
  • Deliver Keston Pulse and Advisory where we are engaged
  • Operate, secure and improve the marketing site
  • Meet legal and professional obligations where applicable

Where UK GDPR applies, we typically rely on legitimate interests (running the firm and responding to professional enquiries) or steps prior to entering a contract, and on legal obligation where required. If we ever rely on consent for a specific optional use, we will say so clearly at the point of collection.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We use carefully selected processors to operate the site and communications, for example email delivery for contact form messages and Pulse Check leads, hosting on Cloudflare, and Cloudflare Web Analytics. Access is limited to what is needed to provide the service.

Retention

Enquiry and Pulse Check records are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any related follow-up, then deleted or archived according to ordinary business practice unless a longer period is required (for example a live engagement or a legal requirement).

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict certain processing, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise a right, email info@kestongroup.com. You may also contact the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you have a complaint.

International transfers

Our primary operations are UK-based. Some infrastructure providers may process data in other jurisdictions under appropriate safeguards. Ask us if you need more detail for a specific engagement.

These pages are provided for general information about how Keston Group operates its marketing site, contact channels and related services. They are not legal advice. If you need advice on your own position, please speak with a qualified adviser.

Keston Group

The public site shows the picture a Board or Investment Committee can judge. Scoring logic, evidence and unpublished drafts stay inside Keston Pulse.
