Our approach

The marketing site is built to stay light. We do not run a wall of advertising trackers. We use privacy-friendly analytics so we can understand whether the site is working, without turning visitors into a marketing database by default.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics on kestongroup.com. It provides aggregated traffic insights and is designed to be privacy-friendly. It does not rely on invasive advertising cookies for core measurement. Cloudflare’s own documentation describes how the beacon operates; ask us if you need the current configuration detail.

Essential / functional storage

The site and hosting stack may use strictly necessary cookies or local storage for security, load balancing, or basic session operation. Pulse Check keeps an in-progress score in your browser so you can finish it. That storage stays on your device until you clear it. These uses are not advertising profiles.

Contact form and Pulse Check

Submitting the contact form, or asking for a Pulse Check report, sends the information you enter to Keston Group so we can reply. That is a deliberate action by you, not silent cookie-based profiling. Enquiries go to info@kestongroup.com.

Client portal

The Keston Pulse portal at pulse.kestongroup.com is a separate authenticated application. It uses cookies or similar technologies required for login, security and session management. Those controls apply to authorised users.

Optional tools

If we enable an optional booking link or similar third-party widget, that provider may set its own cookies when you use it. We will only introduce such tools where they help a clear professional purpose.

Managing preferences
